Focus on the research development and production of advanced material characterization instruments acoustic instruments

AcoustEvol Technology co., Ltd. Established in December 2023, it is dedicated to the research and development as well as production of advanced material characterization instruments and acoustic instruments. AcoustEvol Technology has successfully developed the commercial ultrasonic resonance spectrometer (XRUS-G10). Compared with similar international instruments, the XRUS-G10 series ultrasonic resonance spectrometer is more convenient to use and the supporting software has richer functions. This instrument, in combination with the accompanying software, is the first in the world to introduce an ultrasonic resonant spectrum system with the function of inverting the material constants of piezoelectric crystals.

The XRU-G10 series ultrasonic resonance spectrometer can characterize all the elasticity and piezoelectric constants of piezoelectric crystals with just a single sample, and its characterization efficiency and accuracy are significantly higher than those of the electrical resonance technology recommended by the IEEE piezoelectric standard. Combined with the high-temperature resistant ultrasonic transducer (200℃) developed by our company, this instrument can precisely characterize the temperature variation characteristics of the elasticity and piezoelectric constant of piezoelectric ceramics and single crystals. The XRUS-G10 series ultrasonic resonant spectrometer can also precisely characterize the temperature variation characteristics of the elastic constants of materials such as alloys, rocks, non-piezoelectric functional ceramics and single crystals. In addition, it can also be applied to non-destructive testing of internal cracks in solid components (ASTM International Standard E2001-18) and defects such as poor wetting of lithium batteries.

The high-frequency ultrasonic pulse echo instrument (UPE-UHF 500) developed by our company has a bandwidth of up to 500 MHz and a negative pulse amplitude of up to 240 V. It can be used to characterize the elastic constants of thin samples. In addition, as the core component of an ultrasonic microscope, this instrument can excite high-frequency ultrasonic pulses and receive echoes.

The hydrostatic piezoelectric constant (dh) tester developed by our company can accurately characterize the dh of various piezoelectric materials within the hydrostatic pressure range of 5 MPa to 100 MPa. When combined with an impedance analyzer, this instrument can also characterize the dielectric and piezoelectric constants of piezoelectric materials under different hydrostatic pressures.
